**Please note that the property is situated on the 4th floor and the building does not have lifts/elevators. Therefore, it may not be suitable for people with mobility difficulties due to the number of stairs.**
The nearest beach is less than a minute away on foot, a 5-minute walk will take you to the iconic Brighton Lanes, it's a 10-minute walk to Brighton Station, and less than 2 minutes to Churchill Square shopping mall.

Due to the location, there is no parking at the property, however there are three sites within walking distance where you can park your car.
