OVERALL TERRIBLE!

I stayed in 2 prooerties, both had serious issues & management is DEPLORABLE! I've worked in the business & this is NOT how you treat customers! DORSET TWOTV broke down repeatedly, had to be replaced. Remote malfunctioned repeatedly, had to be replaced. Turning on oven shorted out ALL the electrics!! Reporting this to My Getaways' "Tracy" brought no confirmation & no help. THIS IS A SERIOUS ISSUE! The 2 on-site engineers who came, Sam, Harley and Isadora were great but their managers need a lesson in Customer Care! Tracy ARGUED with me about extra toilet rolls (23-day stay) -- those supplied were thin rolls & poorso I had to buy my own.
