“Jeff was very accommodating for all of our needs and even helped us with an early check in time. The place worked perfectly for my bigger group for the 4th of July weekend and was very clean. “This is our third stay at this property this year, and this room was by far the nicest room yet. We always get a king room on a high floor, and on occasion the furnishings in rooms have not been up to par for a Grand Hyatt. This room was impeccable, and our stay was more enjoyable as a result. The front desk staff were the same two ladies at check in and check out. They were both quite genial and professional. Valet was also pleasant.”
