It was comfortable, the pullout divan was stained and not comfortable, those things typically are not. The place had not been cleaned and there was no handsoap and little toilet paper. 「Rooms were nice and staff was friendly. Property was fine. They are definitely on vacation time as meals are slow (2+ hours for a meal). The restaurants leave a bit to be desired. Poesia was not great at all - probably the worst meal in our party we had in the whole island and the worst Italian. The place is new but the chef is trying to be too creative with limited access to ingredients. A few people had a shrimp dish with tomatoes and no-one had tomatoes in it. Azure is okay - mediocre. 「The staff are absolutely welcoming, helpful and friendly and knowledgeable. The balcony views of the water are beautiful. The ocean is clear; the all inclusive snorkelling, tubing, paddle boarding were fantastic. The food was fabulous; healthy, tasty, so many options. The staff are always accommodating for modifications. Highly recommend the complimentary art tour! 」

「Es gibt an diesem Hotel und der Anlage überhaupt nichts zu beanstanden. Das Personal ist sowieso sehr zuvorkommend und ist stets bemüht jeden (Sonder)-Wunsch zu erfüllen. Die anderen Gäste waren ebenfalls allesamt sehr angenehm und wirklich niemand ist in irgendeiner Weise negativ aufgefallen, ganz im Gegenteil. Und der Strand und das Meer - einfach nur sagenhaft! Somit war der Urlaub ein absoluter Volltreffer und jeden Cent wert.」
