The house was clean from top to bottom, there was even some food in the fridge for us to help ourselves. Everything you need for a great stay, and a comfortable stay was at your fingertips. Mr. Christmas was there as soon as we arrived, to let us in and even walked through the house with us to show us anything we needed to know. We are definitely looking forward to……

“The property is well designed and feels larger than it actually is. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was high quality. The kitchen is well stocked and easy to cook in. It was a perfect weekend for the hot tub after celebrating the wedding of a dear friend up the road. We would definitely stay here again.”

This mistake on VRBO's part caused us to be displaced and caused a snowball effect of unfortunate events ending with my Fighter losing due to lack or sleep and off her diet because I was unable to provide the proper rest and meals. “The property was fine coming in at first glance. But, Post Wi-Fi password for guest to use in the future. Also make sure trash has been emptied out outdoors.Basic amenities, tissue, paper towels. “Was lucky enough to find this property on little notice. We were attending a family funeral near Lakeland, and this location was perfect. Enough room for everyone to spread out, and kitchen was perfect for cooking meals that we didn't have at the extended family's house. Nice, clean, and in a nice neighborhood. Close enough to the highway so that we could get to downtown Memphis and the airport in under an hour. Definitely recommend.”

“Large enough for 12. Fun and clean. AC down stairs is 4 portable units. Working well but noisy. The filters were not cleaned. The kitchen is not stocked for family style cooking. Even light meals. Not enough place settings for 12. Close to shopping groceries or housewares. Bring more trash bags, dishwasher soap, paper towels for 12. Convenient to major attractions. Safe neighborhood. The kids had super fun believing it was a castle. The pool table had all working parts.”
