Great location but unit was not well stocked
As stated, the location was the best thing about this rental. The unit was clean. Beds were comfy!! The kitchen was minimally stocked (4 plates, 4 bowls, 6 cups), so I had to do dishes after every meal. There was dishwasher powder but no dish clothes or drying rack to wash a few dishes… it is 2 bedroom but there was 1 face cloth and no hand towels but Many bath towels. Linen closet had a mixture of ?rags? Versus bath towels and old packaging. There was extra toilet paper however. The master shower did not drain properly on arrival so wasn’t useful for the majority of the trip and was booked based on the 2 baths. The owner did contact maintenance to recitify but it seemed to self resolve the 2nd last day as maintenance did not arrive before our departure. The check in process was difficult- there was no exact pick up location and I was not even told there were 2 separate buildings which made finding the housekeeping with the key’s difficult and delayed our check in by 1/2hr. To her once again to rectify this. Furthermore, there was no nor was I given no information on arrival (parking spot #, wifi password, etc ) and had to reach out to owner to obtain these necessary details. Overall, check in/out process needs to be streamlined and the kitchen needs to be stocked better to actually utilize the kitchen. But location was great!!
