Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities

Unfortunately the only thing that comes to mind with this property is Disappointed. The apartment is in need of repair and a good clean. Some obvious issues include: - towel rack broken/removed from ensuite with wall clips still showing where it should be - paint in ensuite has big chunk missing off wall and plasterboard sheet (crack) is clearly visible - no shelving to place shower items. No = zero - missing grout in the ensuite shower - mould in ensuite shower - toilet in ensuite has obvious stain around water line, indicating it has not been cleaned properly in a long time. - Toilet in main bathroom growing green mould on the underside of the lip. Never seen a toilet brush in its life by the looks. - Light cover in main bedroom has been broken off and never replaced. Exposed wires. - vaccum and other irrelevant item in main bedroom wardrobe creating very limited space to hang long garments - water pressure in ensuite shower is dismal - very difficult to wash hair. Forget about using another tap while the shower is running. - only one key issued for a two bedroom apartment, meaning occupants can not be independent - smells in the corridor outside the lift and to the room. The Location is great, although based on the above, we will not be returning nor recommending. Very disappointed for the amount we were charged. Requested compensation, but the owner stopped responding a week later.
