「C'est un petit appartement très lumineux, fonctionnel et très bien situé (face à la Loire et proche du centre) . Il n'y a pas de volets . Heureusement que la canicule était passée car le soleil entre l'après-midi. Par contre, pour y accéder, il faut monter les 53 marches d'un vieil escalier . C'est fatigant pour certaines personnes comme nous. Malgré ces défauts, je recommande cet appartement.」

「Our family of four stayed at one of the La Concierge apartments in July 2025. It was great. Very clean, well appointed, quiet, near shopping and restaurants. Espresso maker was wonderful. Bedrooms and bathroom facilities were nicely sized and comfortable. Check in was facilitated with Google translate and our daughter who is studying French in Angers. Highly recommend and would stay again in a heartbeat. 」

「Cadre idyllique, dépaysement assuré. Nous avons passé un séjour au calme chez Sylvie. Piscine idéale pour se détendre et se rafraîchir : transat, parasol ou repos au frais sous les arbres.. tout est possible. Le studio est agréablement décoré et bien équipé pour un court séjour. L'extérieur est partagé avec plusieurs locataires mais chacun a ses espace privé. La Loire est à 2 pas et tous les commerces à environ 5 km. Nous recommandons et reviendrons probablement. Nadia 」
