"Having stayed here before, I do feel the property is going downhill. Parked in the car park at the back and the feeling wasn't great. Park full of rubbish, the doors to get into the property were damaged and didn't close properly, making the property feel very unsafe and the carpets filthy. "We had a wonderful stay at this property. The parking is right by the door; the space inside is open, bright and spacious. The interiors are high spec. The layout is great. The beds were comfortable. All rooms are en-suite plus there is a downstairs loo. It was superbly equipped. Our kids loved the warm pool (which is deep, we took swimming aids) and enjoyed the games room. The grounds are lovely. Everything is close at hand (swings/pool/tennis court/games room). Highly recommend."

"The flat itself was very good. A great location, big and airy, a bit shabby chic but nice. The service from the local agent (PlumLocations) was terrible. We confirmed availability of, booked, and paid in advance for a late check-out but they unilaterally cancelled at short notice, without offering any mitigation such as somewhere to store our suitcases and hence leaving us nursing bulky suitcases for a couple of hours. Pretty shabby customer service."
