“I am STILL waiting on a resolution to my failed stay at this property. We drove 12 hours to arrive at the property for the door code not to work. We couldn't access the space and waited 40 minutes before i finally reached out to a new hotel and booked a hotel. I didnt stay here and disappointed , i am requesting a refund. ”

Check-in was smooth and straightforward, and the host was responsive and helpful whenever I had questions.The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation. It was an easy 10 minute walk to the subway and 15 minutes walk to Central Park.Overall, a very positive experience—I would happily stay here again!”

“We just stayed for 4 nights and I would NOT recommend this place!! The floors were dirty when we got there, the refrigerator kept shutting off and getting warm so we couldn’t use it which meant we couldn’t keep food there to eat or cook, it kept beeping so we had to unplug it at night because it kept waking us up. There is also a cockroach problem, we saw many. Parking was also very difficult, the spots out front were frequently taken and we weren’t comfortable leaving our rental vehicle around……
