“Overall we really enjoyed the stay. Everyone had plenty of space to spread out. The parking was very difficult so you may want to consider Uber to get around. My only negative comment would be that the pull out beds/mats are very dirty and need replaced. My daughter decided to sleep on the couch instead”

“Our family of 3 enjoyed our stay here. It was clean, well stocked, and close to the train, with delicious sandwich options in every direction. The Nintendo, skee ball, and Pac Man were a fun bonus too!”

“Beautiful house with plenty of space for a family of any size to relax and spend time with each other. One of the safest areas to of Philly to stay with nice neighbors all around. The host communicates very which gives me a piece of mind when getting all the booking details. Parking is competitive I suggest to come early.”

“This place was wonderful. A few kitchen items we missed but nothing too serious. Fairly close to grocery store, we walked there but got an Uber back. Was quiet at night. Wish we had more of time to walk around the area a bit more. ”

“This was an excellent family spot to stay for a weekend going in and out of Philadelphia. The home was exactly the way the pictures depicted. It was clean, quiet and about 30 minutes into Philly. Everything was comfortable and all parts of the kitchen were exceptionally well labeled. Would definitely stay there again.”

“Girls trip to Philly was made even more special by staying at this property. Central location, great neighborhood. It was cold so we took Lyft or Uber most of the time, however in warmer, less rainy weather could have easily walked to restaurants and bars. Checking in and out was easy and Kevin was quick to respond to my questions. Would highly recommend this property to my friends and family.”

“This apartment was spacious and in a great neighborhood. It was clean and had enough bedrooms for a small group. A few critiques: -Toilet and faucet very loose in guest bathroom -Shower head fell off in master bathroom -Broken stair banisters with sharp corners -The night before we were due to check out, we were informed check-out time would be an hour earlier; didn't see the message until the next morning; would appreciate a text/call when earlier time expected”

“Large place with lots of beds. The beds are on the lower end of quality but there are a lot of them. The furniture is also mostly the cheaper kind. House had some maintenance issues but nothing out of the ordinary for the these kind of rentals. The location is great. Philly is great. I would stay here again.”

“We had a fabulous time staying in this beautiful home. The house was stocked with everything we needed (including lots of baby items for our 7 month old). We used the whole house - from catching up on laundry to having a glass of wine on the patio. The neighborhood had great coffee shops, restaurants, and playgrounds. It was an easy 10 minute drive to the Franklin Institute. Street parking was pretty easy to find, despite the construction down the block, and we never got a ticket. Gabe and Jon……

“This is a beautiful big home with a lot of great amenities. Four full bedrooms with 3.5 bathrooms is a luxury, especially for the price. We enjoyed the patio and the big dining room table, and the parking pass was a huge bonus. We walked comfortably from the house to the center of town, but it’s a little farther to some of the sights than we expected. However, Uber was easy to use and I would happily stay here again. Gladys was a wonderful host, very responsive and accommodating.”

“The property was nice. It was very roomy and accommodated our 3 adult couples well. It would have been more convenient if there was a half bath on the main floor. Other than that, it suited our needs well, while we visited the historic district which was only a short ride away. ”

“Our 1st room the heat didnt work. We called the number we were told to and very promptly they were bringing us the key card for a different room. The workers were all really nice and the room was very clean. There were renovations going on and there were dumpsters in the parking lot, but that is to be expected when theyre trying to remodel rooms. We were very pleased with the 2 bedroom suite we were in. ”

“The history, I passed it as an abandoned building when I was growing up. ”

“overall it is good, worths the price but somehow there is no heating facility in the hotel so I needed to put on my coat during sleep.”
