“Really great hotel, the hot tubs and views if the mountain were amazing!”

“This hotel was terrible and incredibly overpriced. Upon arrival we happened to run into an employee who was on site cleaning. We had an issue with the sink and it had a slow leak/drip. She told us it was related to something associated with ice and conditions over the winter. However, it continued to drop throughout the evening and in the morning after using it it progressed to a steady stream. The property is generally managed through messaging and reportedly there are caretakers on site. I……

“The room was very clean and the accommodation was very comfortable. There were various restaurants across the street and the parking space was very large.”

“If they send you a 10 digit number and a blanked out email, the 10 digit number is the contact phone number and it is not the one on the website. There is an issue with emails and Expedia I guess so they will text you that as it isn't the one on the website. The service seems to operate only from 9am-5pm EST so calls outside of those hours may go unanswered. Otherwise, they were quick and prompt to resolve any issues, cottage was clean, beds were comfy, blankets were very warm, bathroom is tiny……

“I was double charges $969 by IHG Indigo North Conway NH. When I tried to call, all I could get was the poor voice response automation and was unable to resolve their error over the phone. As a result, I then had to open a credit card dispute to get the duplicate charge removed. This issue is still not resolved and I have wasted a lot of my limited personal time trying to fix the hotel’s error.”

“The place didn't look dirty but had an unpleasant odor. We had a room on 2nd floor,there is no elevator or even the wheeled carts to bring in your things. We have a child in a wheelchair they said we could have handicap room on 1st floor for extra 30. We already paid but didn't want to carry everything up stairs so paid the extra. The pool was freezing and there was no bathtub or railings by commode in their handicap room. We go so the kids can swim, but pool is not heated. Breakfast”

“Great location. Terrific service and staff. Beds were comfortable. Futon was not so. Food very good. Mistletoe Pub was delightful and bartender a pleasure to chat with. We were a group of 4 ladies. Would definitely consider returning.”

“This is a property that has areas that need some TLC. The room I was given was #81. The furniture was old and the top 2 dresser drawers kept sliding open on their own. There was no nightstand between the 2 queen beds. Weird. There was an electric plug cover missing in the closet area. The indoor + outdoor pools were nice. The included breakfast was as expected. Lots of choices and nice to have available.”

“Good price, quiet property. They do state somewhere in their web page that they're no longer a bed and breakfast, it would be better to really put that up front, perhaps take the bed and breakfast sign down from inside the kitchen. It was nice to have tea and coffee, thank you. Surprising, but not totally unusual in this day and age to not see a single person from the property, that all contact was done via notes.”
