「Great stay」

「Lovely stay - fast check in, great lunch in the restaurant and an even better breakfast was had. We got a b&b deal through Expedia which included a full continental breakfast for starters and then a hot meal. I had eggs Benedict and my husband had the full English. Very nice setting and outlook. Only downside is that the room gets very hot - had to use the fan all night. And then there were some noisy occupants above us who decided to put tv on around 2am!!」

「First impression was NOT good. Ignored by staff when we tried to check in to our room. NO parking outside the pub. I queried about it after we made the booking via their email but got no answer. The window in the room, old fashion style, was DANGEROUS, heavy to push up and difficult to open. The window was cracked so clearly someone had dropped it when trying to open it. Had to be propped open with a a wooden structure. Needed 2 people to do it. The kitchen fans were REALLY noisy, went on...

「A beautiful room, so relaxing. We loved it all. Only shame was that always greeted with empty reception, but didn’t have to wait too long x」

「In one of the rooms there was a really bad smell. Food was very nice」

「Very nice surprise with the location at the bottom of Roseberry Toppin , didn’t know about this until we arrived . The hotel is a treat to stay there. We were going to a friends house in Whitby and travelling from west of Scotland. Hence it was good to stop off , we visited Stokesley near bye and loved the English village life . We will stop here again and the cost was worth it.」

「For a fair price we had a good quiet stay. The property needs some attention, though the staff were friendly and everything worked okay.」

「We had an exceptional experience. Food both dinner and breakfast were excellent. Staff we were great.」

「We received a friendly welcome at the hotel and had the keys, layout and rules explained. Room was airy and a good size. Bed was comfy. As room was on road was a bit noisy with windows open. Very pleased and will recommend and use again in the future.」

「Bed mattress is very comfortable. The staff are nice. The customers are gentle.」

「雖然地點較偏遠，但環境極佳，尤其對喜歡觀星的人是不錯的選擇。」

「Lovely stay in newly renovated en-suite room - freshly cooked excellent breakfast. Delicious reasonably priced food. Comfy bed, quiet, warm. Beautiful village and you’re right in the centre here.」

「What a suprise , I don’t think the this hotel was advertised well enough, a beautiful property in large well maintained grounds, friendly , polite staff, good breakfast and so clean, nowhere was overlooked, I will recommend and definitely come again.」

「The room had everything we needed, but a microwave would have been a bonus. There was a little kitchenette area with a kettle and a fridge and breakfast items for a continental type breakfast. Some of the cereal packets were out of date and the cereal bowls had dried cereal stuck to them. There was a table and four chairs and a settee and a TV in the room.」
