「The location is nice but the property wasn’t what I expected from the pictures they showed. Our room was small with a tiny bathroom and only 2 lamps available for lighting which made it kind of hard to get ready . We only stayed for 3 nights but the pool didn’t seem like it was cleaned at all in that time. It’s a good place if you have a lot planned and will only be in your room at night but not the comfiest for hanging out in your room for a long time.」

「Check-in was very disappointing. We arrived before the 3:00 p.m. check-in time and were told that if our room was cleaned early, we could check in sooner. On top of that, our room had already been changed from the one we originally booked, which was frustrating. We waited at the bar directly outside our room for over three hours. During that entire time, I never saw a maid or anyone cleaning our room. When I asked the front desk if the room was already clean and if we could go in, I was told no...

「The staff was friendly and the hotel was very, very clean. It had everything stocked in the kitchen you wanted. Love this place. Highly recommend it.」

「When checking in they put us in the wrong room then when I complained they told me it was “an upgrade” and the room we booked wasn’t available so they moved us to a room like the one I booked but it was smaller. Then we saw a roach but no refunds could only move us to another room so since we are only 18 and 19 it was hard to find somewhere to stay as check in at a lot of places is 21 so we had to take the room change then to find out our AC is full of MOLD」

「Debo aclarar primero que según expedia la habitación contratada era con vista a la piscina y con caja de seguridad y cocina, y ninguna de las tres cosas se dieron, la habitación era pequeña y con poco lugar, tenía microonda y heladera, estaba en un segundo piso por una escalera bastante incómoda para subir con el equipaje. A pesar de todo la estadía fue aceptable. La limpieza se hace una vez a la semana y teniendo que hacer el reclamo.」
