“We travel to Harlingen all the time, and this was our first stay in this hotel. The location is great, close to dining options and the highway without being too noisy. Staff was super friendly even when we had some issues with the booking, I truly appreciated their help. Rooms need to be updated a little bit, but they were clean and very comfortable. Our room in particular had a broken oven (door was falling off) which wasn't an issue because we didn't have to use it, and when we pointed it……

“Everything was great EXCEPT! I hated the shower, no pressure the tub was slippery, did not take a comfortable shower at all. The lavatory held the water so I had to brush my teeth in the shower couldn’t brush my teeth comfortably cause I had to be careful not to slip. Slept comfortably. Just those two very important needs weren’t met. If I’m going to pay to stay somewhere I expect comforts like home or better. If those things don’t matter to you, you’ll be fine.”

“Great place to stay. Rooms are extremely clean. Staff is super friendly. Also, the breakfast was great. However, out of the 3 days i stayed, the fire alarm went off. One day it happened around 11pm and it happened again 2 days later around 1 or 2am. ”

“The room was nice and big. The only things were minor. Like the A/C worked but didn’t allow us to change it. One Stove top wasn’t working, bathroom lights flickering. But overall it was a very comfortable and big room. Had lots of utensils and pillows. ”
