"Front desk staff was rude and the room was disgusting. We didn’t have another option for that night so we had to stay there but as soon as we left we went somewhere else to shower and use the bathroom. There are 2 motel 6 on the same road and we booked the wrong one for that night. Please be careful when booking in this area. "

"The suite was very clean. The king size bed was very comfortable. It was like home away from home. "

"The hotel is a bit outdated you can definitely tell. I stayed for 3 nights, and overall it wasn’t my best experience. The pillows were extremely soft and would completely deflate, which made it hard to sleep. I’m not sure if it was the bed or the pillows, but I didn’t get much rest. You can also hear noise from neighboring rooms pretty clearly. The bathroom lighting could be improved, and there was a noticeable chlorine smell when showering. I’m also used to hotels including breakfast, so that was on me for not checking ahead of time. I’ve stayed at many hotels in Brownsville when I visit home, and this one is definitely not my favorite. Parking might get full I would make sure I came back by 7 pm not sure if I can park next door and risking vehicle getting towed. Otherwise plenty options to eat "

"⭐☆☆☆☆ – Serious Housekeeping Failures We recently stayed at this hotel with young children and were deeply disappointed by the complete lack of housekeeping service throughout our stay. Despite making multiple requests to front desk staff for basic room cleaning and fresh towels, our requests were consistently ignored. On two consecutive days, we returned from the beach to find our room had not been serviced, leaving us with no choice but to reuse soiled towels and sheets — an unacceptable situation under any circumstances, let alone with young children in tow. What was most disheartening was not just the lapse in service, but the apparent indifference of the staff when we raised our concerns. Basic hygiene and responsiveness to guest needs are fundamental expectations of any hotel, and this property failed to meet them. Unfortunately, we will not be returning, and we would not recommend this property to families or anyone who values reliable, attentive service."

"No amenities, roaches in room , room not clean properly, door electronic key pass kept messing up , parking too far away for handicaps , and fakse advertising on pets ( they charge )"

"Very nice, it wasn’t an issue for our stay, but they do rent their pool out so there is a potential do things to get very crowded. Overall very nice condo , beach, and pools. "

"Room was pretty decent. I didnt like the door lock thing. Beds were clean but I did find someone elses hair in the bed. My husband got bit by a bug, we dont know what kind of bug. Shower pressure was great. Pool was cold. "
