Great stay!

The property was in between St. Simon and Jekyll we really enjoyed staying here. It was clean and had everything we needed.

Perfect Place and Location

This place was as advertised in the listing. Perfect location to St. Simon and Jeckyll Islands. The host responded promptly we had. Plenty of room for my family. Stocked with all essential items. Will stay again.

Directions to enter property were incorrect Multiple area rugs were soiled and unsafe(not secured to floorFloors were dusty Only one key was offered—back door convenient to unload car but no keys available to that door Dryer vent dirty and leftover clothes from another tenant were in laundry No bath towel rods in either bathroomNo shower safety bars installed in either bathroom Bugs in several rooms In spite of all that, the house was in a good location for us. The host responded in a timely manner. We liked having separate bathrooms. The maintenance staff was friendly.

Birthday Getaway

We were in the area to celebrate my mother's 70th birthday. My mother and sisters booked a place on Jekyll Island. I booked this location because it was the perfect size for my wife and I, and my daughter and grandson. It was 19 minutes or less from shopping centers and restaurants which cut down on traveling around so much. It was only 20 minutes from Jekyll Island, where we spent a lot of time on various beaches. We really enjoyed our stay and will recommend this location to friends and family who visit the area.

Mildew Smell

The house smelled like mildew and had it growing everywhere. The neighborhood didn't seem too safe and we had strangers knocking on our door late one night. Other than those issues it was conveniently located to both Jekyll Island and Saint Simmons.

the yard front and back was in terrible condition, no key for the back door, bugs crawling all over, no door mats inside, mildew smell throughout, unit well over priced

We stayed here for three days and it was horrible. First the outside (which I know they can’t control) smelled so bad of sewer that u couldn’t even go out. Then there was mold on the walls in one of the rooms and when we turned on one of the showers water came out from the celling. I contacted the host and sent videos never received a response. It was not a good stay will not be back.
