“Absolutely loved this place! The Sea Pearl left a cute welcome set up for the entire family to enjoy. Despite the weather not being the best, the house was perfect, everything we needed and more. The view and the walk to the ocean was even more of a plus. We were unsure of where to eat when we arrived, but thankfully there was a “welcome guest book” with favorite places to eat, do and etc. I recommend staying with Sea Pearl 12/10. Plus everything was remotely close!!”

“We love this condo complex at Caswell Beach. It is a very quiet stretch of sand and has easy, handicap accessible accesses which are great for mobility challenges, wagons, strollers. Super short walk to beach from this unit- closer to beach than some units in neighborhood. There is not a view of golf course even though you are right on it because of trees right off the deck. Unit is updated and fresh and was very clean. Definitely appreciate linens, bikes, beach items and starter items like dish……

“Probably the cleanest vacation rental we’ve stayed in. My only suggestion might be to get a bigger water heater. We take really quick showers and always ran out of hot water. Small issue with thermostat being locked but owner responded quickly with a fix.”

“This was a perfect place for my husband, son and me to spend Thanksgiving! Would have loved a window covering for the front bedroom. Also, keep in mind that it is on the 3rd floor, so lots of steps. The view was amazing and the location is perfect! We would definitely stay here again.”

“Roaches in building, fighting them everyday. TV was not connected and spent time trying to meet repair man. Mold on shower curtain and faulty light fixture. All was addressed and compensation was made. The area is nice but to rent more attention should be taken into property. Owner was very attentive and willing to help”
