“Spacious room. Functionality and decor are perfect. Kyle and Courtney are great as far as staff goes. On to the bad: Maintenance staff roams from room to room without consent when we requested an a/c shut off due to cold temperatures outoors, housekeeping shows up unannounced and you can hear loud plumbing through the ceiling and there is no on/off button to control the a/c and heat temperature, which is odd. You will need to call Maintenance Staff.”

“We loved our stay at The Residence Hotel. The hotel is super convenient to Aspen Mtn for skiing. The gondola is less than a 10 min walk! The room was spacious which we appreciated with our 2 dogs. The bed was extremely comfortable and we enjoyed having a little kitchen to make coffee/tea and breakfast in the morning. We will certainly stay again when visiting Aspen.”

“The Residences are very spacious and comfortable. Mask policy is sometimes enforced, but this hotel is superior to the Nell in that vaccines are not required for 12 and over, so if you are reluctant to have your children or yourselves vaccinated the St Regis will not discriminate against you. Service was excellent across the board. Convenient access to Aspen Mountain and 10 minute drive from Buttermilk and Highlands, 20 minutes from Snowmass. Connected to Aspen sports for ease of rentals.”

“Working with Frias properties was easy and above expectations. They answer their phones, are quickly responsive to inquiries and requests, and professional and friendly. The property itself is convenient Lee located right at the base of the mountain in the middle of town. The rooms were large and comfortable. The beds and sheets were comfortable. The bathrooms were large and well appointed. The kitchen had all the amenities you could need to make a full breakfast lunch or dinner. The fireplace……

“The Aspen Valley Lodge is an older property but well-kept. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is simple but offers a nice assortment of options with fresh fruit, yogurt, toast, coffee, etc. The first-floor dining and living areas are comfortable and nice, with a central fireplace. It is near the bus stop for Snowmass and other mountains and is within walking distance of Ajax, but I wouldn't recommend carrying your skis daily. Close to restaurants and downtown shopping.
