They gave me exactly what I asked for unfortunately, due to the humity the windows were fogged up quite a bit and it was hard to see out very well. During our stay, the hotel experienced a power outage in the afternoon for a long time, which greatly affected our accommodation experience. “On the night of our stay, the fire alarm continued going ON and OFF (~ 10 times) between 11 pm and midnight creating an uncertain environment for all. The fire alarm was so loud that I was worried about hearing loss for kids. The communication from management and fire department was inadequate. I was surprised that the hotel didn't offer any compensation for this inconvenience. Apart from this incident, the stay was okay.”

“Rating is a C+ Biggest problem- Poison Ivy on the parking lot islands. It’s growing between the landscaping rocks. I overheard another guest in the lot trying to pull her dog away from it and was shocked when I walked around to the front of my car and saw just how spread out it was.
