“There were no keys when we checked in. These were eventually brought over from a different venue. The property we booked was meant to be a 2 bedroom apartment with an ensuite bathroom. “The hotel itself is very run down and doesn't look like the pictures at all. The bedding, pillows, couch and floors were all dirty. There was a horrible smell that lingered for days. Had to keep the windows open and bought spray and cleaning supplies. However the location was very central and the price was right. That was the selling point”

“The owner changed us to a larger 2 bed so comments are for this however the location was close in Dale street. We recently stayed at this delightful two-bedroom flat in the heart of Liverpool and were thoroughly impressed by both the property and its location. The flat boasts a huge kitchen, lounge, and dining area, making it the perfect spot for relaxing or entertaining after exploring the city.
