Fint och fräscht boende. Bra städat. Vi bodde i ett litet rum men det gick bra, fin balkong också. Bra läge men en bit att gå till Gamla stan. Två små tips till ägaren: vore bra med nån hängare för att hänga upp handdukar samt med en till sopkorg i rummet, utöver den på toaletten. Överlag är vi verkligen nöjda och boendet överträffade våra förväntningar!

Good location, close to the beach.

Good location, close to the beach. Bit of a mix up with the room I had booked, no big deal, alternative was fine. A bit noisy outside at times. Overall a pleasant stay and friendly, helpful staff.

Konumu merkezde. Kaleye 1.5 km kadar yürünebilir. Otel temiz pırıl pırıl. Odalar geniş ferah rahat Yataklar duş vs temizlik yönünden sıkıntı yok. Otopark var diye gittik ama beni çok uğraştırdı. Caddeye kpyuyorsun ve polis ceza yazabilir diyorlar Otopark var diye yazıyor ama tam yok. Ayrıca rezervasyon da hoşgeldin içeçeği var yazıyordu öyle birşey de olmadı 👎 Bir daha gelsem kalırmıyım sanmıyorum

Large apartment with terrace. Has everything you need for a nice stay, including iron/ironing board, hair dryer, pots, pans, dishes. Microwave, stovetop, electric kettle, mini fridge. Shampoo & soap. Convenient to stores & restaurants. Nothing fancy, very basic, but clean, comfortable and inexpensive.

The apartment itself is nice but parking was terrible. The hot water didn’t work and the towels were hard and uncomfortable. The blanket situation was very weird and we just couldn’t get comfortable. Also woken up on a Sunday morning at 8am to construction down the hall. Maybe would stay in the future but definitely need improvements.

Disappointment

First of all, the room offered by the hotel was in another building with a lower grade bathroom (unlike pictures at hotel com ) also at hotel com it is written that parking was free and the hotel management charged for parking our car on the sidewalks of a building nearby and worst of all they told that they had no connection with hotel.com although they appear on hotel.com site (please contact the property to check again)…

Disappointing

The man and the woman (probably son and mother) were kind and welcoming people, and we are actually sorry, that we have to give a bad review. But the room was dirty and had an awful synthetic "air-refreshener"-kind of smell. Furthermore, the room was on the ground floor, which we were not informed of, and the room was very small as well and not cosy at all - the photos on the webpage are fairly misleading. The zink broke half an hour after check-in and wasn't repaired till the following day. The toilet was broken as well - the water leaked out on the floor from underneath after each time you flushed. Terribly unhygienic and it wasn't fixed at all. So we definitely cannot recommend this hotel.

Per quanto riguarda la prenotazione tramite Expedia ci tengo a dire che la struttura contrariamente a quanto scritto nelle condizioni non fornisce drink di benvenuto e rinfresco quotidiano. Non è un problema (non mi interessava avere queste cose) però era scritto nelle condizioni, che andrebbero quindi aggiornate. La stanza era grande e abbastanza bella (a parte le tende rotte e la vasca molto consumata), oltretutto era ben insonorizzata infatti una volta chiusa la porta e la finestra non si sentivano rumori esterni (pur essendo in una zona affollata). Ci sono però alcune cose da segnalare: il parcheggio è molto lontano, e davanti alla villa si può sostare solo momentaneamente, quindi conviene scaricare i bagagli e portare la macchina al parcheggio e non toccarla più per tutta la durata del soggiorno. Altra cosa che secondo me è grave è che, essendo il balcone in comune con altri appartamenti, e non essendo oscurati i vetri, gli altri ospiti potrebbero trovarsi davanti alla finestra e vedere tutto ciò che succede all'interno. Questa cosa secondo me va risolta. La posizione è buona. La spiaggia più vicina dista una decina di minuti a piedi e Old Town mezz'ora a piedi. Inoltre ci sono molti ristoranti nelle vicinanze.

Purtroppp villa di eden non ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative. L’alloggio si è presentato poco curato, con tende e mobili sporchi. Nel wc ho trovato un pezzo di carta igienica. La doccia era veramente terribile, piena di muffa nera, non scaricava subito l’acqua, c’erano mosche morte. Il bagno non era finestrato e non aveva una ventola. Le piastrelle erano tutte sporche. Trovare parcheggio nei dintorni era pressoché impossibile, anche a pagamento. Non tornerei mai.

Recommended, but could be better. :)

Overall a nice stay. The aparment is situated central but in a quiet area, so no noise is to be heard. The lady who welcomed us didn’t speak English, but through google translate we managed to comunicate, we didn’t get toilet paper so we had to buy it ourselves, a little annoying. The room we got was nice, and the aircon worked very well, we just wished it was a little bit more modern and a bit more clean for the price paid. Nothing major to be worried about though. I would recommend!
