Apartment in historic center of Buenos Aires, Balcarce 260. Rationalist building of the 40s. Three main rooms: dining room and two bedrooms (one double bed and two single beds). Kitchen and bathroom. Two air conditioners. Digital television. Wifi. Bed linen, dishes, towels, refrigerator with freezer, microwave. Washing machine, blender, coffee maker, etc .Lots of light and silence. An oasis in the heart of San Telmo. 200 meters from the Government House. You can walk to San Telmo, and Puerto Madero. Access to four subway lines and various means of transport. Easy access from the airport. Many restaurants and cafés day and night.
