「The villa was absolutely wonderful. I loved the view and the pool was private and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and the AC worked well. It was nice that they provided a menu to be able to order dinner and breakfast delivered to the room since I didn't feel like driving after dark.」

They're attentive, kind, overall the best in hospitality. I'd happily return any chance I'd get. Perfect location for someone looking to escape the crowds. There are amazing waterfall tours you can take in Ubud. Keep in mind, Ubud is around 2hrs away from the airport with traffic but worth the stay.」

I was pretty disappointed coz I thought this hotel is exceptional coz it is part of the VIP access benefit. It states in my booking that upgrade is included upon availability but when I came they offered me the most boring room. I paid for the upgrade even if it states that it is one of the benefits as a gold member which is...

「非常喜欢丛林酒店，但是只有三卧室泳池别墅是不用每天上下爬楼梯，其他的爬楼梯有点点累。不过这里的丛林景色能深深吸引我。很多虫虫蚁蚁，不介意这些的话就好。 酒店餐饮价格不便宜，份量不大，加收21%服务费。早餐丰富，撑到午饭都不用吃。每天有往返交通车去乌布中心。」

「Many inspect and animal nearby. Have the animal jump into my room swimming pool. Around the hotel,there is many lazard. At night, there will be many sound outside the room. It maybe is animal. No hot water for shower. Breakfast is not good. Not worth this price. 」
