「This resort was one of, if not, the best resort I’ve been to. The people in Bali are friendly, but the staff at this resort went out of their way to make sure my stay was phenomenal. Nothing was too much bother for them. From initial greeting by the team at reception, to waves and personal greeting of ‘hello’ every time I passed the restaurant, to the housekeeping staff chatting to me at my villa when they came to clean. The villa was beautiful. Well kept, clean, and the gardens and pools were...

「It was very natural to stay in this hotel. You can hear some animals sound. However it was great for relaxing here.」

「Many inspect and animal nearby. Have the animal jump into my room swimming pool. Around the hotel, there is many lazard. At night, there will be many sound outside the room. It maybe is animal. No hot water for shower. Breakfast is not good. Not worth this price. 」

「Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Sebatu Villa. La chambre était parfaitement fidèle à la description, très agréable, propre et avec une literie vraiment très confortable, idéale pour bien se reposer après les journées de visite. The worst thing were the rats running freely in and out the kitchen to/from the restaurant area. Two nights into our stay we found ants on the bed. The staff sprayed around and we had to keep spraying every day to keep them away. The doors to the room do not close completely leaving gaps all around and when it was 18° - 19°C...

「I had a wonderful time in Ubud Bali. I was there for 7 days. They do feed you the same breakfast every single morning but overall I really enjoyed myself. The massages were great! My room could have been fresher. At times I smelled a pee odor coming from the bathroom. One day when they change my towels, 1 of them smell just like pee I was so upset bc I smelled it as I was drying off. I informed them about it and told him to come and smell it. He did and changed my towels. Other than that I had a...
