"Sagolikt utsikt över risfälten. Rummet var stor och rymligt med stor badrum och en stor balkong med utsikt mot dalen. Personalen var underbara och gästvänliga. Man känner sig som hemma. Säg bara vad du behöver så får du det. Bra priser på menyn och tvätt tjänster. Maten var god och av bra kvalité vilken gjorde att vi valde att äta för det mesta på hotellet. Poolen är fantastiskt. Man kan beställa frukost i poolen vilket var underbart och romantiskt. "

"what stands out for the resort is the attentive staff working in the restaurant. they were very helpful and accommodating. they even provided a service recovery due to an order not being cooked to satisfactory. that does not mean that the food was but, it was delicious. the cleanliness in the room was borderline poor as the sheets were lipstick-stained. i did indicate to change the sheets but it did not come to pass. there weren't cups provided in the toilet for brushing of teeth. the pool...

"The hotel boasts a distinctive design, with each reservation being allocated a bubble-shaped living space. The views during both sunrise and sunset are truly captivating. However, there are much needed areas for improvement. The bubble becomes uncomfortably warm during the day, even with the air conditioning at its maximum, and gets quite chilly at night, even without any cooling. "Great new suites but due to the harvest time of rice fields there were rats and mice everywhere, including in the room, the staff were so apologetic and went well out of there way to catch them and blocking the roof holes. no fault of the resort and they really tried hard to please"

"This was our 4th stay in Sebatu; previously at an adjacent but now closed property. We chose Uma Kelod due to it's location, solid and modern appearance and great value tariff. The room was adequate, clean and well maintained. It had only basic facilities - a jug with basic coffee and tea, a regular TV, adequate AC (but no fans), and a small bar fridge.
