“This resort was one of, if not, the best resort I’ve been to. The people in Bali are friendly, but the staff at this resort went out of their way to make sure my stay was phenomenal. Nothing was too much bother for them. From initial greeting by the team at reception, to waves and personal greeting of ‘hello’ every time I passed the restaurant, to the housekeeping staff chatting to me at my villa when they came to clean. “I had a wonderful time in Ubud Bali. I was there for 7 days. They do feed you the same breakfast every single morning but overall I really enjoyed myself. The massages were great! My room could have been fresher. At times I smelled a pee odor coming from the bathroom. One day when they change my towels, 1 of them smell just like pee I was so upset bc I smelled it as I was drying off. I informed them about it and told him to come and smell it.
