“服務一流、職員有禮，但房間比預期有巨大落差（訂房時看圖片以為每間客房帶小小的私人泳池，但其實只有一個很小的公共泳池，小得根本不好意思在那裡泡著），房間的陽台也小得根本不能坐。安排的房間在底層且近大堂入口，看不到什麼景色之餘，很容易被走廊的聲音吵醒）。早餐非常好吃，只是份量比較少，製作時間也比較久。也沒有提前告知有贈送免費下午茶，所以時間安排上錯過了。房間內沒有茶包也沒有熱水器。住頂層房間應該不錯，底層就算了。”

“One of the best service experiences that we have ever had. My wife needed a wheelchair, that was furnished one at no charge, and our room moved to the ground floor. We took advantage of their Balinese cooking class and were delighted by the staff and the results. Even our departure was excellent! “For the budget price this was excellent. Cultural feel and good air con/comfortable bed. It’s an old heritage building owned by the royal palace. Some of the electrical points didn’t work but I managed to find one that did so all was good. Remember this is budget accommodation. Staff were lovely and the room was clean. Towels were a little old but again this did not bother me. ”
