“櫃檯客服態度不親切；房內設備浴室木板破損很危險，水管阻塞；火舞表演拍照，任由客人毫無秩序插隊缺乏管理！ 儘管有些許缺點，能在房間躺著就能近距離地欣賞動物加分不少，早餐有獅子陪吃飯也很特別。”

“The staff was very helpful, friendly and positive. During my stay I felt like I am home. I was served breakfast in the room every morning. I got everything I needed and I asked for. I rented a motorcycle from the resort. It was in a very good condition. The communication with the staff was very easy through whatsapp, my questions was responded within minutes and seconds. I was very happy to be there”
