“We love hanging out at New Belgium as our "home-base" when we visit Asheville, so, the location was great. The room was clean and had all the essentials. I will say, however, if you have hard-steppers or just generally loud people above you, you will hear them. We always pack earplugs so it was whatever. Nice place, would definitely stay again.”

“Kat was an excellent host! Whenever we had any needs, like refilling the propane for the outdoor fire pit, she was quick to respond. We spent close to a week here working remotely and the WiFi connection was working perfectly well. We walked downtown every afternoon to explore Asheville. Beautiful location tucked away but still close to the city. One thing to note is that the ceiling/walls are a bit thin but they’ve supplied a white noise machine and box fan to help. We only needed the white……

“Really loved our experience. From reservation to checkout, communication was timely, detailed, and accurate. The beds were very comfortable, the bedrooms spacious and welcoming. While the nice couch was in the front of the house with a nice TV setup, we actually ended up using the sitting area off the kitchen more often. The cozy fireplace and comfy chairs made for a lovely way to end each evening. With regard to the management company, the property was very clean, and all of the little touches ……

“This property was super clean and loved the modern decor! Very bright and cheerful! The mattresses were comfortable and kitchen well equipped. The host responded quickly and was willing to work with us when a family emergency arose. It’s a 10-15 minute walk to downtown area where we enjoyed shopping and restaurants. The LaZoom bus tour was super fun and hiking in Dupont Woods was beautiful…3 large waterfalls visited on the hike.”
