“Enjoyed the hot tub helped me relax before going back 2 work…thank you”

“I mean, let’s be honest…you get what you pay for. I just needed a bed to sleep in and a shower in a somewhat safe location. It is outdated and in need of attention. You could smell the age in the air. The shower had good water pressure but the water would never get hot. The bed was comfy but you could tell it was old. The restaurant next door, Cindy’s, was really good. It was definitely giving 1997 Shoney’s vibes and I loved it. I really needed to be in Sycamore but I wasn’t paying double or……

“Heather and Natalia at the front desk both went above and beyond during our stay. They were welcoming, provided tips for things to do in the area, and also called us to let us know that we forgot our laptop after checking out. On top of that, the hotel was super clean, pool was great, and breakfast was amazing. 10/10 will definitely stay there again!”

“Bed bugs”

“The sand screen has a big hole. The bathroom door is broken. There was nothing but the towels. The staff in the front desk is not friendly at all”

“I’ll begin by saying that the host was very easy to work with and responsive anytime that I contacted him. The typical response time was not even two hours. We were there to attend a wedding, and he graciously allowed us to check in early so that we could get ready. Outside of a slight mistake in the door code, the check-in was very seamless. The main floor was nice and cool and, although it was not upstairs, there were plenty of fans. There was a variety of bath towels available, and the beds……

“Amazing coozy cabin for a getaway! Definitely going back sometime!”

“Beautiful modern cabin in a secluded area yet with easy access to the town. Beautifully decorated inside and out. It’s amazing the amenities you can fit in a small space. We thoroughly enjoyed the fire table on our porch.”

“This was our first time staying at Shallowbrook Farm and we were blown away! A perfect setup for our annual family reunion of 29 people, ranging in age from 3-75. The entire home and grounds were very clean and well appointed. Kenzie, our host, was very friendly and responsive to our questions. The lovely pool. sport court, and game room provided something for everyone. We all loved it and are looking forward to returning! Thank you Kenzie!”

“Place was great! Clean and nice! Would definitely stay here again!”

“The house was the perfect size for my two kids and I. Everything was clean and exactly as described in the listing. The house felt very home-y and the kids loved all the books, toys, and the rock painting. The neighborhood was quiet, and everything was just a short drive away. Would definitely stay here again.”
