「The hotel is newly opened, the designs are excellent with a great vibe. I made the booking knowing new hotel may have glitches and expecting some "surprises". It turned out to be true as my room had an entire electricity blackout during the night with the air ventilation also stopped functioning. It was certainly not a good experience to say the least. The next morning I went to the front desk to report this, led by Jessica, the front desk staffs were very understanding and patience to help...

「We stayed 5 nights in one bad room , the room is clean and comfortable with great ocean view, we all loved the kitchen and balcony very much, we enjoyed cooking in the apartment and BBQ by the swimming pool, it needs about 8 mins walk to the supermarket and restaurant but just a mins walk from beach. The staff Jenny is beautiful, nice and helpful, she answered our question fast and fluently. highly recommend this appartment to the others who love sunshine and the beach.」

「We just stayed one night in here before an early departure flight. We came in late after a day at the Surfers Paradise. Staff was very kind to remind us of the time zone difference between Coolangatta and the Gold Coast airport. The room was quite large in terms of motel, and was very clean.
