“Loved the lake view room and property in general. The shower is amazing! The only negative is that the bath towels are comically small, and I think our mattress needed replacing. But overall will definitely stay here again!!”

“Pool, closed. Ice machine, out. Laundry room, OOO. Tv in our room, not working at all. Fine, it was a one night stay. My mom’s room had flooring. Doesn’t look like they ever moped it. Ever! We had carpet. Not too bad. Beds were comfy. Big and spacious room. Good for a day, other than that, I don’t know if I would stay there. Staff in registration were so nice!”

“We had a King and couch sleeper. The couch was very uncomfortable to sleep on for the 3rd guest. Everything else was excellent.”

“The gentleman at check-in was rude and not very welcoming. He did not explain the hotel's amenities and was not helpful when I asked about changing my room, even though I offered to pay for an upgrade. In contrast, the lady at the reception was friendly and professional, and the breakfast team was warm, attentive, and provided excellent service.”

“Smelled of cigarettes. Butts by the vending machines. Truckers were noisy when the left early in the morning. Pool had a green color.”

“The room was clean and had everything we needed. The only real issue was operating the air conditioner. There seemed to be three settings: cool, heat, and dry. It was on "dry" when we arrived and it was very cold in the room. Changing the temperature setting did not make a difference. I tried switching to "cool" which did make it less frigid, but it also weirdly made the room feel more humid. We were never able to get it adjusted to a comfortable setting. During the night I changed it back to……

“We have been to lots of hotels around Killeen for work and this is one of the best. Only wish it came with free breakfast. Big plus that it has a hot tub.”
