“Great hotel. We enjoyed the spacious room and the incredible views from our ocean front room. We will definitely return!”

“The garbage disposal and the phone in our room did not work. I called the front desk from my cell phone the first day and could never get through. I called several times throughout our day and could never get anyone to answer the phone. All of the staff seemed overworked and very tired and as a result grumpy. The only person that stands out to me as a great example of customer service is their valet team.”

We stayed in the Lucky 13 unit, which features a comfortable king bedroom and a pullout sofa bed. “The property looks really nice...but looks can be very deceiving! The people working at this place need a retrain on customer service because everyone with the exception of two people were extremely rude. The first night we were there we ate at the restaurant on site, we were eating and roaches began crawling on table and wall, I almost vomited. “I stay at the suites (Luxury Condo), which is very comfortable and have more space for us to spend, just like at home, everything seems very good. Good service, only one thing that we are not that happy is the suites building is a bit far away from the main building. And the swimming pool, food court, spa….etc are all in the main building, we need to take the golf cart to the main building, which is a little bit inconvenient for us.
