Great Property
We stayed at the property over 4th of July. The house itself is very clean and depicted accurately in the pictures, nice size room and living room. The outside is equipped with a grill and fire pit, but generally not well kept. The outside of the property is in desperate need of a deep power wash (lots of moths). The pools of saw creek were great and about a 3-10 minute drive from the house and were very well kept. The lake is super small but does offer kayaks on the weekend. For the price all and all it is a good place to stay.
However the one thing to note is not only does the house not have air conditioner it also does not have any screens on the windows (with the exception of the screen in porch). This made it almost unbearable to sleep in the house with no way to get fresh air and the temperature being 90+. This overall put a huge damper on our trip and why i only rated the property a 3. I really encourage the owners to either get a couple of portable ac for the house or screen in all the windows if they plan to rent out the property in the summer.
