This modern villa with infinity private pool is ideal for recharging the batteries. The villa constructed in 2019 with all the luxury and conveniences to enjoy your holiday.

The villa has 4 bedrooms, 3 of which have large double beds and 1 bedroom with bunk beds for 2 children.
The 3 large bedrooms each have a separate bathroom.

On the ground floor there is a large open kitchen with all mod cons, along the dining table for 8 people. The living room has a large seat and a smart TV so that you can even watch your Netflix series here.
In the storage room are a washing machine and dryer available, as well as a guest WC. There is 1 bedroom on the ground floor with a spacious dressing room and private bathroom.
The other 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are on the first floor. We also have a large sun terrace of 40 m² on this floor.
On the ground floor there is a large terrace with sun beds to enjoy the large inifinity swimming pool, and you can also have a nice dinner at the covered outdoor dining table in the afternoon or evening.

The villa is equipped with air conditioning, heating, WiFi, kitchen appliances, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, smart TV, hairdryers.

The villa is located in Busot, a small, traditional mountain village with narrow streets and a population of 3,000. The center of the village is the charming little square with the beautiful old town hall, the parish church and some restaurants with terraces. In Busot you will also find a bakery, a butcher, a post office, a pharmacy and a health center.
Within 9 km you can reach the popular coastal town of El Campello, which offers excellent "blue flag" sandy beaches and restaurants. The beautiful Muchavista Beach of San Juan is just 10 km away.
You will find the Bonalba Golf Course at 7 km and Alicante Golf at 11 km.
The city of Alicante is 18 km away, be sure to visit the beautiful marina and immerse yourself in the local southern atmosphere and enjoy one of the more than 100 culinary restaurants of local tapas.
El Altet International Airport is easily reached via the A70 motorway, with a journey time of approximately 25 minutes.
