I cannot say enough amazing things about the staff at this property. I was there during a severe thunderstorm and my room leaked. The staff went into action, got me into another room and fixed the problem that night. Thank you to the kind staff and the amazing customer service.
Additionally, I ate almost all of my meals at the hotel restaurant and everything was delicious. Thank you for showing so much kindness!

The Hotels lobby basically feels like a Living Room , couch , big screen TV , books etc . Free laundry which seems standard at most budget and midrange hotels . Staff can speak basic English and are awesome. You’re a 10 minute walk to Walking Street , Apple Store etc . Subway is a 5 minute walk . Rooms are a good size . Only complaint is the A/C which is pathetic, but alas this is common as they set it to Saver Mode , you think you’re in control by turning down temperature in room. I moved to another Hotel and had same issue. All good 👍
