「Better to allow uber car in to the lobby aera」

「From the start of our trip Itamar and Rodrigo were so helpful getting us settled in our room. They checked on us everyday and took care of all our dinner reservations. Staff were super nice and room was cleaned everyday. Swim up bar was great and transportation from and to other facilities were easy and comfortable. Great place to stay and for sure we will be back!」

「房间里的设施太陈旧，淋浴花洒太差了。早餐太差，连最基本的面包都不供应。刚住的时候换了两次房，一次卫生间水池坏的，一次晚上噪音吵到半夜3点，最后换了个房间总算不吵了。性价比太差了，还不如住更便宜的。完全对不起万豪这个品牌。」

「We booked an all-inclusive package. Upon check-in, we were informed that dinner reservations were required. We specifically asked which restaurant served seafood and lobster in the evening, only to find out later that all lobster dishes came with an additional charge. The breakfast was a buffet, but the variety was quite limited. The only commendable aspect was the staff’s friendly and professional service. However, one downside is that all tourism-related personnel in the area, including hotel...

「The room is clean. A terrace bar right outside my room. Quite convenient if you are lazy to walk out for drinks; you can just grab one at the bar. The noise doesn’t bother much coz the bar closes at 11pm. Good location, easy walks to the marina, shops, restaurants, bars, etc. The air-conditioner is noisy and filter needs to be cleaned though. Considering a hotel room on a budget, this is a very good choice.」

「Don’t get a “deluxe” room. There’s only 2 large windows that look directly into hallways. So unless you want everyone who passes through the hall peering into your room the curtains must be drawn all the time, making the room dark all the time. Also there’s no fitness room despite the hotel amenities listing one. Also, if it rains at any point during the day the staff disappears for the day. Good side, perfect location and great staff when they’re there.」

「Shower was cool and AC was warm. Elevator was out so we had to use stairs for five flights to do anything. Not a problem as we enjoy exercise, however, carrying 50lbs bags up the stairs was less than enjoyable. Staff was wonderful as well as entertainment.」
