Perched on top of the South Ridge Flamingo & overlooking the beaches of Flamingo, This Unique Villa has a 300° view of all the local beaches and bays including (Conchal, Brasilito, Flamingo, Potrero as well as the beautiful Pacific Ocean and its Islands). The gentle breaking waves are close enough to hear and see.... Magnificent! The Catalina Islands are directly ahead of you, as well as Sugar Beach and the Papagayo Coastline. With less than a 3 MINUTE drive...or an 8 MINUTE WALK, you will have reached the beautiful world renown white sandy beach of Flamingo. Here you can play in the sand, walk the beach, kayak, swim, or even do some surfing.
The entire property is fenced, gated and landscaped with mature trees and plants. The large Infinity pool area has over 200 flowering plants surrounding it. The swim up bar has 5 stools in the pool to enjoy your cocktails from the inside connecting bar!
A large parking lot, with ocean views, awaits your arrival … make the peaceful ascent up to the beautiful poolside veranda and main home through the lush landscape from the parking area.
Note: Some folks with disabilities may find the walk slightly difficult…However our staff is available to help carry your luggage and grocery supplies up the stairs for you.
Housekeeping services are included 6 days per week. Our housekeeper, "Nany," will provide housekeeping services Monday-Saturday. Nany has been on staff for over 11 years, and the reviews will show you how helpful, friendly and courteous she is to our guests.
Upon arrival, you will be greeted by our house manager and concierge. She is able to help you with any and all of your questions and needs. She can arrange Tico style breakfast, shuttle services to and from the airport, car or golf cart rentals that can be delivered directly to the Villa. She can assist you with any of the many tours that are available (she will send you a complete list). We use only the best and safest vendors and get our clients the best possible prices. Would you like Chef Services for the week or for a single night, our concierge can help set that up for you. She has all the answers and is available to you throughout your stay.
The furnishings and bedding of the of the Villa have been 100% replaced (as of July 2024) The new photo's will be updated shortly. The new style or flair is Costa Rican and would be considered “Beach casual."
There is a wonderful private Casita adjacent of the main house with a queen bed and picturesque views of the ocean, pool and the gardens. There is also another separate, private, bedroom, that has wonderful views of Flamingo Beach and the ocean. This private studio features an oversized day bed, wardrobe, ensuite bath, 3-person table and large closet smartly detached from the main Villa.
There are two private Master bedroom suites upstairs. Each suite has its own private hallway, both featuring king size beds with their own private wrap around Island, Ocean, Beach & Marina view balconies. The Primary Master Suite (which faces due West) has, what we call, the “observation deck” with its own wonderful garden area. This area was designed to enjoy witnessing souring sea birds and photographing incredible sunsets.
The VIP Master Suite is equipped with a large double bathtub and two showers. This suite also has stunning views from every angle...including from the bathtub! It also has a very large view deck to capture the sunset or admire all the beauty that surrounds it.
On the main floor there are two other bedrooms. Both rooms enjoy queen size beds ensuite baths and private deck ocean views.
The living room and family room are incredibly comfortable and spacious. It features large viewing windows over Ocean and pool areas. Enjoy free streaming thru "NETFLIX" on the 75" TV!
The living room also has a magnificent Guanacaste wood dining table which seats 10.
Connected to the living room, is a step-down swimming pool level bar with a window that slides up for serving drinks to those people who are sitting at the swim up bar stools.
The large patio area overlooking the infinity edge pool and the ocean are well appointed teak table, lounge and umbrella seating for 12 with lovely flower gardens surrounding the entire area. This patio area features an outside shower, bathroom and a barbecue...This is the place for total relaxation and taking in the views and enjoying your family and friends.
