"The Hotel personnels are all so polite, very respectful, friendly, very helpful to us, They upgrade us due to some issues in our room. They are so fast in responding to our needs. I remember the hotel housekeeper the name is Jim who is assigned on the 18th floor is so nice and very friendly and respectful to us."

Good variety at buffet, comforts of home and local food. Would choose to stay here over the Sheraton where we stayed a week prior to our one night at this property. We attended a wedding here and it was fabulous! "

"Amazing location, in the middle of BGC. I love this hotel, the staff were so nice and were friendly and welcoming. The nice check in lady upgraded us to the 40th floor for a cheaper price. The buffet on our floor was the best buffet me, my son, my wife and her Filipino family had ever tried. The kids fun center was also nice and so was the pool. Everything about this hotel was great."
