"I have been staying at this hotel for the past 12 years, even during the COVID period, so I know very well that the rooms are old. However, this time the experience was simply unacceptable. The room (705) looked fine at first, but during my 5-day stay all the deficiencies became evident: broken drawers, the clothesline in the bathroom was unusable because the cable was missing (only one side of the hook was there), the sink was leaking and flooding the floor every single day, the bathroom extractor fan didn’t work, and the condensation after a shower with the door closed was unbearable. The bathtub had no stopper, so it was impossible to use it for a bath – it only functioned as a makeshift shower tray. On top of that, the bathroom sockets didn’t work, so I had to shave and dry my hair in the room. I have been coming here for over a decade and I know the hotel is old, but this time the room conditions were completely unacceptable and far below the standard expected from a hotel listed on Hotels.com. Very disappointing."

"We live at the West Wing, it’s easy to get to the nearby convenient stores, pharmacies and local malls( just a few minutes walk) I like the swimming pool on the roof top, overlooking a golf field. There is a warm water massage pool, though sometimes if it’s not bubbling,the warm water is really relaxing."

"房間偏小到兩個人算可以，浴室淋浴室用浴簾不太方便其他都還算OK，公設很漂亮早餐也不錯，特別要注意的事如果雨季住這間飯店，機場接駁車可能會因為下豪雨而停駛，所以去機場的時間要抓鬆一點"

"The room unit or room was owned by an individual but very well maintained. There was dishwasher, kitchen utensils, a portable cookstove, and cutleries. There was free soap, toothbrush and toothpaste to use. There was no free slippers though. The AC is a small window type and not the split type that is much more compatible with the room size. The bed was big and there was even a pull out bed matress under the bed, so the stated can sleep 4 was really true, can even sleep 5. The TV was big and have netflix. Then ofcourse for the actual wave pool outside the room well i would say it was over populated most of the time we were there as there are really lots of people. But overall the room is very satisfactor"
