“The staff was very friendly and very attentive, which more than makes up for the facilities, which need updating. Our room was clean and we were well taken care of so we throughly enjoyed our quiet time in the resort. Thank you. ”

“on first day, they did not assigned me with the right accomodations, it was not the deluxe room, but they did not give me credit for the difference. the toilet was not flushing and the hotel staff did not take appropriate measures to mitigate it and we end manually filling the tank to flush the toilet . the advettisement says the hitel reataurant is ipen daily but that was not in fact true. we had to call and check if itnis opened and out of 14 dys we stayed there , we only ate there 3 times due……

“There aren't drinking glasses provided. Also no hand towels, drinking water or a refrigerator in the rooms. Also there isn't an ice machine on the property. Included breakfast is Filipino style. If this hotel had these things, then it would be excellent.”

“We had a great time at the resort! Clean and very friendly environment! The moment we entered the place, we already felt the warmth, helpfulness and friendliness of the staff! Special mention to Marielle and Ace! Although some area are still under construction, like water park, more kubo to stay and additional glamping domes in the future, we know that this is a place for family, barkada and couple or single to enjoy! The restaurants added convenience to your stay! Glad that there’s a resort……

“Will NOT recommend this Horrible place to anyone. The roads leading to the property was flooded. The property had a stench of foul fish smell, The dogs were incessantly barking day early morning and night time. Roosters were crowing at dawn. The whole property was rundown and dirty. The beds were worn out and uncomfortable. The staff was nice but that is the only positive thing about the whole place. Karaoke was so loud until 3am. The pool water was being changed every 2 or 3 days but they……

“When I arrived, they acted as if I didn't have a reservation. Expedia wouldn't give me the money back, either, so a big big disappointment, this hotel. Good thing I had someplace else to stay!”
