“on first day, they did not assigned me with the right accomodations, it was not the deluxe room, but they did not give me credit for the difference. the toilet was not flushing and the hotel staff did not take appropriate measures to mitigate it and we end manually filling the tank to flush the toilet . the advettisement says the hitel reataurant is ipen daily but that was not in fact true. we had to call and check if itnis opened and out of 14 dys we stayed there , we only ate there 3 times due……
