Check in war problemlos mit dem per Email zugesandten Code möglich. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur belvilla by oyo war leider eine Katastrophe. Für Fragen vor der Buchung war man für uns da, Fragen nach der Buchung und Zahlung wie z.B. „Welche Hausnummer haben wir, und generell wie geht es weiter“, weil dieses Haus ja zu den Ferienpark Roompot Redsidence Cadzand-Bad gehört, wurden bis heute ignoriert. Außerdem hat die Agentur unseren bei der Buchung mit angegebenen Hund, wie auch immer, nachträglich gelöscht, so dass wir keine Zulassung hatten, einen Hund mitzubringen. All das habe ich jedoch nur erfahren, weil ich ca 1 Woche vor Reisebeginn, direkt in dem Ferienpark nachfragte, wann wir denn Details zu unserem Aufenthalt erfahren werden.Erst dann wurde mir eröffnet, dass der Park überhaupt kein Haus mehr mit Haustier verfügbar habe.Einen Storno hätten nur ich auf eigene Kosten machen können, weil ich die Buchung mit Haustier nicht mehr nachwiesen konnte…Also große Vorsicht bei belvilla!!!Das Ferienhaus „Duingras 1“ war geräumig und grundsätzlich auch modern eingerichtet und entsprach der Beschreibung. Die vielen Objekte im Park sind sehr unterschiedlich von Aussattung und Unterhaltungszustand. Unser Garten war groß, wenig einsehbar, und zweckmäßig bepflanzt. Alles in allem hat das Haus ein gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.

Diese Villa strahlt eine friedliche Atmosphäre aus. Sie liegt ganz in der Nähe des Strandes, nur etwa 400 m entfernt – perfekt für traumhafte Sonnenuntergangsfotos. Die Infrarotsauna? Ein wahrer Genuss nach einem entspannten Tag. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und gemütlich, und die Terrassenmöbel laden zum Verweilen ein. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
