“Room and grounds lovely. Plenty of parking. Restaurant and breakfast chaotic. A member of staff arrived in her PJ's to open up for Breakfast 20 mins late. Evening meal, obviously not enough staff - delays in food and limited choice, as only 1 person in the kitchen.”

“The property overall has a child friendly lobby. The breakfast is decent. The room size was okay. The only issue is the cleaning crew was not diligent to make sure that the hand soap dispenser is out. As well, I noticed that they do not clean the floor of the toilet room, which was separated from the bathroom.”

“Very clean, modern hotel. Very comfortable and cool with air conditioning, during a heat wave. Hot shower felt amazing after a long trip! Delicious breakfast in the morning with many wonderful options! Highly recommend Holiday Inn Express, Caen!”

“飯店靠近海邊，但是離康城有一段距離，開車去家樂福買東西大概需要5~10分鐘。吃泛用餐的話，附近有許多餐廳，但是也可以花大概20~30分鐘的時間開車去康城。”

“Le personnel est très courtois et proactif. L’appartement était propre et toute les commodités étaient bien. Emplacement bien située. Déjeuner beaucoup trop dispendieux pour l’offre de buffet. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour.”

“Great little hotel near the ferry port. Has everything you would need and the breakfast was pretty nice too!”

“The hotel is typical French style which’s attracted for foreigner but the service is not in same quality, one of receptionist is warmed and another one with bad attitude when I tell there is not shampoo and shower in room for two day. Breakfast is very good and if the human resouce issue can be solved, the hotel is 4 star.”
