“A good spacious apartment with easy access for parking, excellent bed, TV and shower. Apartment would really benefit from a freezer section in the fridge, oven (or microwave which you can use as an oven) and more utensils (decent sharp knife, tin opener, kitchen towel, bin bags etc) but overall very good. I've stayed here before in a different, better equipped apartment and would definitely recommend it. Check in is very quick and easy and the parking is super convenient. Thanks for a good stay.”

“Stayed here Mon-Fri. My initial opinion of this place was very good. Staff were very friendly and appeared efficient. Check-in was easy. Rooms are very good with a ceiling fan and additional tower fan in the room which was helpful during the recent spell of hot weather. Breakfast was good. Couldn’t connect my laptop to their wifi so had to use mobile network. Food in the restaurant was good and delivered piping hot but service is slow and food is a bit pricey. “Very good stay close enough to Cardiff for our needs. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The pub was lovely for a last couple of drinks after a day out. Breakfast on the Sunday morning was good with quality produce.”

“The breakfast was lovely. There’s no air-conditioning so you’ll have to crack the window. There’s some stairs, so just be aware that you need to carry your luggage up some stairs. The staff are very helpful and friendly. ”

“My overall assessment on the stay would rate it no more than a three star. There are some minor maintenance issues that need to be looked into. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Food was very good and the full English was excellent. The idea of filling out what you wanted for breakfast the previous day was not really how I would like it as this might change, I would prefer to decide on the day. Conclusion: The accommodation was a little tired and in need of a spruce up.”

“Room was clean, comfy bed, great linens and towels plus super walk in shower. Rhys had been lovely on the phone making sure we had two adjacent rooms with a fabulous view. Hotel looks a bit tired but fabulous views and terrace - biggest issue is understaffed so breakfast was good and when you can find staff they are very helpful. Dinner service was so slow, not really up to standard as only one waitress trying to cope, but food was good.”
