“The stay at the hotel was a great experience for our first time in Barcelona. We had the family connecting room, the room was spacious and comfortable. The main thing we have to mention is that the staff's service is excellent, especially the front-desk employee Gloria, she was our angel during our stay. They were always eager to help us with little things such as booking a ticket to museums that made our trip so much smoother. The location is in the heart of Barcelona, with the metro that……

“The hotel is not bad, location is great, but Very bad service at reception. They try to over charge you on things and take a long time both check in and check out. Tried to make a complaint to the front desk manager and he was not willing to even listen . ”

“The hotel is located in an area with a lot of adultery workers and thieves, as we were warned by not one but a few drivers during the stay. The hotel itself is a decent one, we were welcomed by glasses of Cava however the front desk was a bit understaff as both the time we had to wait quite a bit to check in and check out. The bed is very huge which usually is a good thing however in this case it gets too huge and make the room feel a bit small, other than the above mentioned the overall……

“I can’t comment on breakfast as we didn’t have any… there weee so many places to eat on the doorstep. This is a lovely hotel in a great place. There was works right outside but it didn’t bother us as the windows were sound proof. Lovely staff who were on hand to do anything. Lovely touches with chocolates & sweets in reception if you fancied. Lovely latte on arrival & was given some great info on area. The room was lovely, beds comfy & I would defo recommend or stay again. ”

“The staff were very kind and helpful. The room was larger than I expected and was very comfortable with everything I needed. The hotel is located in the city center, so it is very convenient to get around. The main entrance gate is small and it took some time for me to find it. Overall, it's a very nice stay and I will definitely stay in this hotel should I visit Barcelona again. ”

“The location of the hotel is excellent. It locates at the metro of Paral-lel station which is nearby. We are family and we reserved a 3 beds room and it’s big and tidy. It has 2 basins with 2 bathtubs so it’s convenient to us. The breakfast is also good and they provide excellent variety of food. The swim pool is small and you can even swim. But in that hot season, it’s a good time to lower your temperature. The front desk and service are also brilliant and I highly recommended. ”

“Super zentral gelegenes Hotel nur ein paar Schritte von der Rambla in Barcelona entfernt. Man kann vieles zu Fuß erreichen und auch die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist einwandfrei. Es gibt sogar einen schönen Pool und Liegemöglichkeiten zum entspannen auf dem Dach. Einzig das Frühstück ist eher schlicht und ohne große Auswahlmöglichkeit. Der Frühstücksraum ist etwas zu klein geraten und es dauerte in den Stoßzeiten etwas bis man einen Tisch ergattern konnte, der dann noch gesäubert……

“Hotel located in pedestrian zone so it's impossible to park a car in front of the hotel which cause very inconvenient to carry luggages in and out. You need to move all the luggages by walking from abt 5-10 mins away. The entrance of road is under repair, make it more complicated. At night time, some people talking loudly even fighting at downstairs. Old town zone makes me feel the secrity isn't good. All facilities in toilet quite old but very reasonable price. ”
