“Aparthotel style stay. Family of 4, we stayed very comfortably with our 4 big luggages. Had all the amenities we needed. Most impressive thing about the property was, we were located in las ramblas with construction and people walking on the streets all day all night. Couldn’t hear a thing. We are in different country now, in similar style place, and I can’t help but compare the two. Made me appreciate how well kept the place was.”

“First of all, travelers need to beware that this is just an apartment, so definitely services are not up to the standard of a typical one star hotel. Location is good, and the manager is nice and responsive. But the quality of beds are very low, bed sheets are not clean, flushing of one of the two toilets does not work, and hot water are merely enough for shower for only two persons. The stairs could be quite noisy at mid night. Since the price is not that low, my suggestion for this "hotel" is……

“My family of 3 loves this hotel. The triple room is a good size for 3 people. The walk-in/roll-in shower is good. It was quite noisy throughout Friday and Saturday nights though as our room was exterior-facing. There’s a supermarket just across the street and there are many good restaurants near the hotel around Gothic Quarter.”

“Amazingly large 3 bedroom 3 bath apartment like property very close to the cruise port. We stayed one night after our Mediterranean cruise ended at Barcelona. They were nice enough to allow our luggage and backpacks to be held there until 3 PM check-in! The only negative is nobody actually at the property at all the times but it’s perfect for larger families and they respond withWhatsapp and email promptly, please make arrangements for luggage drop off early.”

“The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked great, and the location was central to the Gothic Quarter. The hotel did not have really any amenities and we had a great stay. Our room faced the street and we could hear some noise from outside and the hallway, but it did not bother us and we slept great.”

“Location, location, location. We had a short stay in Barcelona and appreciated being in a great square with good restaurants and close to many of the things we wanted to see. The staff were great and made us feel welcome and well cared for. Like the other reviews said, if you are expecting a 5 star hotel, you will be disappointed. It may have small rooms and finicky water temps but the AC was good, the water pressure strong, and the rooms were clean and modern. We absolutely would stay again.……
