「The service attitude of the reception staffs was appalling. There were ants in the room and some bed bugs on our bed. They have no electric wall sockets for boiling water. Expect their guests to boil their water next to their beds or in the toilets. Their technician had to bring us an extension cord to share with the nearby tv wall plug. Outrageous!」

Petit bémol sur la chambre vendue en rez-de-piscine alors que c'est un sharing pool c'est à dire que la piscine n'est pas forcément devant votre chambre mais quelques chambres plus loin. Every detail was appreciated, and with only 12 rooms on site, the staff is extremely attentive to every customer. The check-in process was lovely, with a welcome drink and nice tour of the property. 「This property was a gem. As of June ‘26 this is a newly remodeled property. Suites as huge and have plenty of space for a family of 4 or 5. Everything from the room entertainment to the bathroom was spotless. The lobby and restaurants are amazing. The staff were extremely friendly and always willing to help. The pool, beach, and outdoor restaurant were also in great condition and had great options. This felt way nicer than equivalent properties in places like Cabo, Maui, or the Caribbean....
