“I appreciate the host being available to greet me after the posted check in time to show me the room and amenities even though there was a map provided for after hours check in. The area was quiet and it was a comfortable room, but I felt the room was stuffy and it is central a/c through the whole house so there was no individual control in room or a ceiling fan. “We chose this location because it was a mile from our family. It was perfect. Lovely space, bed was very comfortable, kitchen was supplied with all needed dishes/utensils, close to restaurants, grocery, and access to main streets. Quiet neighborhood. Off-street parking. Communication with owner was incredibly reliable and friendly-checking in for comfort and if we needed anything.”

“The place is a gem. It is pristine, bright and inviting. It has two nice bedrooms with lovely linens and a very large bathroom in between the two bedrooms.. The pool is right outside the door and has a lovely patio. The pictures really don’t do it justice - it is way nicer. You absolutely will enjoy your stay. We are from NYC and pretty fussy about where we sleep and this was beautiful!”

“We had a great stay! Three guys in a studio apartment got a little cramped with the sleeping arrangements but the location and property itself are awesome. We went out for the Phoenix Open and this property was about a 10 minute Uber ride to the course as well as a 10 minute Uber ride to Old Town Scottsdale. I would definitely stay here again!”

“Casita was clean, very modern. Bathroom had a beautiful shower unfortunately there was no water pressure. There was only one Kleenex in the box and only one wash cloth for the two of use for three days. There was only one comfy chair besides 2 small chairs and a table, being a couple 2 comfy chairs would have been nice to enjoy a glass of wine after a busy day. You will have no ice because the freezer was so small, small ice cube trays would have been a nice thought. No iron in room but host did……

“We had such a pleasant stay. Brian was extremely flexible and friendly with us. It’s such an amazing location had everything pretty close. The decoration is lovely very cozy and modern. Brian and Mitsti were amazing host! Would recommend to anyone and also book again when in Phoenix!”

“Casita and yard was in disrepair. Ceiling electrical, beams exposed throughout entire casita. Bathroom has holes where bars missing. No towel rack, missing handle on vanity. No toilet paper, and other supplies. Bed linens poor quality no blankets, bed had 2sheets, thin cover. Casita furniture poor quality. Broken metal patio set laying around front of casita entrance. Our car had to be parked on the street, with a very long walk from car to casita on grass , from street curb, to long gravel……

“The neighborhood doesn't feel very safe. The home had some small cockroaches and was run-down inside and out. I got hives within 10 minutes of being there, likely due to the poor conditions”
