“The place was clean and centrally located. Grocery is located across from a nice market and not far from the old downtown art gallery region.”

“We felt and saw they they have not Dusted in a long time. The floors were dirty feet were black from walking around in the condo. The rug in front of couch was so so dirty and stained. It was gross. We had no mom or swifter to clean up the floor. Other than that we had a good time and enjoyed the condo. Instructions we very simple and short. Loved that.”

“It was clean, quiet and in a good location. The kitchen met my needs. Suggestions: 1. Hang curtains over the blinds. The blinds make it private but they don't block out light at night. 2. There's need for a grab bar in the shower. 3. Get a real coffee maker. I drink organic coffee. I would never drink keurig coffee. ”

“We stayed here at the end of a two-week trip and chose the location because it was close to the Phoenix airport. This place was a great value. It had what we needed, was up-to-date, and was in a really great area. I had not realized how enormous the Fashion Square mall was, and it is literally across the street from this set of condos. We walked to and enjoyed seeing Old Town Scottsdale, just south of the mall. It was also close to the Desert Botanical Gardens. The area was safe and quiet. Jim……

“The neighborhood doesn't feel very safe. The home had some small cockroaches and was run-down inside and out. I got hives within 10 minutes of being there, likely due to the poor conditions”
