“It was clean and spacious very nice place to stay. Some of the light switches didnt work like in the bedrooms. Other than that great place to stay i would stay there again ”

“Very nice condo on golf course. Bed in master bedroom not adequate and mattress not that comfortable. Kitchen not that well stocked. Went out and bought items for it. Television very disappointing. Not cable and renter must pay for apps.”

“The beds and linens were good. The kitchen was clean as were the bathrooms except for the shower. It showed growing mildew and the tub definitely needs help. Also, the rug in the living room, and the fabric on the chairs really needs cleaning. The biggest problem and actual hazard, was the burned out lighting on the long, steep, narrow stairs. It was an adequate place to sleep, but not a nice place to hang out.”

“I stayed here for a month and loved it. Everything was very clean. The host was very attentive and helped us out several times over our stay. Great amenities. Very comfortable bed as well. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back next time I am in the area.”

“The condo community is densely populated, lots of cars, but quiet. Heard no 'people' noise, but with the patio door open, when the hospital helicopters were flying, kinda noisy. The condo itself had most everything that you need, and my only concern is that for longer stays (I was there 5 weeks), they really do need a vacuum. HUGE living room TV, and newer appliances. FYI, the bed mattress is VERY soft. Good access to some biking trails, and short drives to good hiking trails.”

“Great location for multiple ballparks. The view of golf course was outstanding. The water holes attracted numerous birds which were fun to follow. Lots of good places to eat close by.”

“This is a very beautiful house, very well kept. Very nice for a get-a-way.They have thought of everything to keep your visit the best experience possible. I told them it was my birthday weekend and they even had a small cake and card waiting for me when I got there.”

“I was displeased with bedding cover which had lint balls, towels could have been brighter, laundry room door was off track and we didn't have cable service for two days. One of the neighbors had a dog that barked every morning between 6:30 & 7am, which was very disturbing especially when your on vacation.”

“Very run down, extremely dirty. The dust on the popcorn ceiling was unbelievable to us. The furnace/AC filter seriously needs replaced. We killed crickets, which are scorpion food. The carpet was gross, lots of clutter with empty wrappers under the bed and under the furniture. We rented it for four nights but left after two. Just very disappointing. The washing machine even was filthy, and missing baseboards. The kitchen was the cleanest area, and the coffee pot was good. I took pictures as……

“When I made the reservation on Expedia, I was unaware this was a condo vacation rental. Shortly after making the reservation I received an email from the rental company. They advised I would need to sign the rental contract at their office in Scottsdale (the reservation is in Glendale) or have to pay a $100 fee and submit to a background check. We are driving from New Mexico and having to stop in Scottsdale is an inconvenience but had no choice. The communication from the rental……

“Minor repairs in the room and bathroom need attention, but other than that the suite was extremely quiet, accessible to a full kitchen, washer and dryer. I would recommend. ”
