“It was a great stay. Property has both shared rooms and private ones. I had a private one with private bathroom. It was simple but very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and the owner offers transport for a minimum fee. Will definitely stay again. ”

“Cindy, the owner, was an excellent host. Very proactively engaged in our experience from the day we booked. The bungalows look into the forest and dining pavilion were new, modern, and well equipped. Cindy is also the chef, and serves and excellent breakfast and dinner. She also arranged activities for us, which was fabulous. The beds were comfortable and large, with an outside deck. The location is remote (which is the point of booking - for that tree canopy experience) and windy drive, so……

“Clean room, helpful staff. Room a biyt outdated but nice and spacious with everything you need. Pool was excellent as were the grounds. We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant. Nothing fancy but very tasty and well cooked, good value for money. 25 mins from airport (12km), easy drive just a little traffic to consider”

“Grds. tolle Unterkunft. Das "Iglu" war echt toll. Leider reicht der Vorrat an Warmwasser nicht und die Badewanne auf einmal zu füllen. Eher auf dreimal. Die Mitarbeiter waren OK, aber jetzt nicht hoch bemüht. Die Lage zum Poas Vulkan geht nicht besser”

“Cute place to stay when you need a room close to the airport. Rooms are big and clean, the airport shuttle was easy to book and find when we arrived. The pool was a nice perk the next morning while we waited for our bus.”

“This resort is an older resort but the quality of care they give is unmatched . The friendly kind staff go beyond their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible.The food was fresh well season and good . If you’re coming from America the flavor of the food will just explode in your mouth with flavor . Definitely would go back if a chance presented it self the sun rise and sun set is truly beautiful. It was a much needed trip . ”
